You will be directed to the Proposals Submissions Portal Application where you will be prompted to register as a user and access the electronic proposals applications for completion and submission. The proposals will be reviewed by experts selected by the Publications and Ancillary Studies Subcommittee (PASS). The PASS meets regularly to vote on the peer-reviewed proposals. Investigators receive review outcome letters via email.
